PA Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of work permits
- Sending periodic reports to the team leader in the Department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Give and participate in daily educational lectures (TBT) for work staff - Commitment to the application of the company's safety department policies.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of work permits from Rumaila
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- English language

مشرف مجمعات سكنية
المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب تشغيل وصيانة المجمعات السكنية.
- إدارة فريق من عمال النظافة والصيانة في المجمعات السكنية.
- ضمان الالتزام بجميع معايير الصحة والسلامة و تطبيقها
- التواصل مع سكّان المجمعات السكنية ومعالجة شكاويهم.
- ضمان الالتزام بالميزانية التشغيلية.
- ضمان الالتزام بنظافة المباني السكنية
- إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أداء المجمعات السكنية.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة وتشغيل المجمعات السكنية.
- شهادة سياحة وفندقة (مُفضّلة).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجزء من فريق.
- إتقان اللغة الانكليزية
