You will be invited at our head office to take a skills and knowledge assessment.

If you can pass all stages we will invite you for a final interview with our CEO or COO and HR Manager.

PA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervision of work permits
Sending periodic reports to the team leader in the Department.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Give and participate in daily educational lectures (TBT) for work staff
Commitment to the application of the company’s safety department policies.

Qualifications:

Certificate of work permits from Rumaila
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
The ability to work as part of a team.
English language

مشرف مجمعات سكنية

المسؤوليات:

الإشراف على جميع جوانب تشغيل وصيانة المجمعات السكنية.
إدارة فريق من عمال النظافة والصيانة في المجمعات السكنية.
ضمان الالتزام بجميع معايير الصحة والسلامة و تطبيقها
التواصل مع سكّان المجمعات السكنية ومعالجة شكاويهم.
ضمان الالتزام بالميزانية التشغيلية.
ضمان الالتزام بنظافة المباني السكنية
إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أداء المجمعات السكنية.

المؤهلات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة وتشغيل المجمعات السكنية.
شهادة سياحة وفندقة (مُفضّلة).
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجزء من فريق.
إتقان اللغة الانكليزية
